I didn't become a therapist because I had all the answers - I became one because I know what it's like to search for them. My own lived experiences taught me that healing is possible when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted - along with learning the right skills for my brain and body. Those experiences inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others find hope and healing. I bring both professional expertise and genuine empathy into every session, believing that therapy works best when it feels collaborative and authentic. Supporting others as they rediscover their resilience is one of the greatest privileges of my work.
